Just 3 km from the city center, immersed in the countryside for a relaxing stay: Al Melograno Holiday Home welcomes you in its 2 apartments with independent entrances, equipped with every comfort:
- Ground floor apartment, with 2 double bedrooms, spacious bathroom with shower, kitchenette, living room with glass doors leading directly to the patio, sofa and armchair bed for a total of 6-7 beds
- Charming and romantic studio apartment on the first floor, ideal for couples or families of 2+2 (possibility of a 5th bed), equipped with a kitchenette, large bathroom with shower, sitting area with sofa and armchair bed.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Irene and Giuliana, the owners, will welcome you finding the house ready to be inhabited, warm in winter and with clean and fragrant linen already prepared on the beds; our house will be like yours.."Your home in countryside!"
Pets are allowed, but with a maximum of 1 per apartment. A supplement for final cleaning is required.
The apartments are for self-use and the price includes:
• Change of bath linen every 3 nights of stay
• Weekly change of bed linen (to be agreed for stays longer than 7 nights)
• Final cleaning.
THERE IS NO CLEANING SERVICE DURING THE STAY, BUT CLEANING PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENT FOR SELF-CLEANING.
The convenience of choosing a Vacation Home lies precisely in the maximum autonomy: you will have an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal for you and your family, you won't be bound by schedules and you won't have to share spaces with other guests. Serving breakfast or other meals is not allowed, but as a kind gesture, you will find a basket with croissants, cookies, and packaged toasts (all single portion) that you can enjoy for a break. We have set up a coffee corner with a capsule espresso machine, a kettle with tea and herbal teas always available.

The Al Melograno Vacation Home is immersed in the countryside surrounding the thermal basin of Viterbo. If you love rural settings, we recommend immersing yourself in the warm waters of the NATURAL THERMAL POOLS called Piscine Carletti, just a few hundred meters from the house: from there, you can enjoy splendid sunsets and the lively company of regular visitors. If, on the other hand, you want to be pampered and enjoy a 5-star spa, we recommend the TERME DEI PAPI, taking advantage of the discounts for our guests.
Tuscia is a territory rich in historical and artistic sites, all easily reachable from our house: Villa Lante (10 minutes away), the Park of Monsters in Bomarzo (20 minutes away), Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola (20 minutes away), and the famous Civita di Bagnoregio "The Dying City" (30 minutes away). As well as the villages of Vitorchiano, Tuscania, Soriano nel Cimino, and for children, the village of S. Angelo "Fairyland".
Viterbo, with its largest and best-preserved medieval old town in Europe (S. Pellegrino and Piano Scarano districts), is 3 km away. Famous for the Palazzo dei Papi, the site of the first conclave in history, it has many other beauties worth a visit: the Lombard cloister of the church of S. Maria della Verità; the sanctuary of S. Rosa, which houses the incorrupt body of the saint and is dedicated to an important festival, with the highlight being the evening of September 3rd, when the "Macchina di S. Rosa" is transported; the ancient fountains carved in peperino, a typical volcanic stone of the area, which adorn every square in the center, to be discovered almost like following a treasure hunt.
There are also many natural sites of interest: lakes (Vico and Bolsena), forests (Faggeta Vetusta), and even the sea is easily reachable by going to Tarquinia and visiting one of the most famous Etruscan necropolises.
In conclusion, you will definitely not be bored! You can spend days full of places to discover and experiences to try (including culinary ones).
